Bottle Release
Saturday, September 14th, 2024
The barrel-aged bottle release will begin at 10am. Barrel-aged beer will also be available on tap while supplies last. Bottle limits TBD. All bottles listed below are 750ml.
Nutzzzzz
Barrel-Aged Double Stout 14.5% ABV
750ml Bottle $55+tax
This is a blend of Double Stouts from large and small format barrels, ranging in age from 19 to 28 months. We conditioned this blend on heaps of toasted coconut, piles of roasted pecans and almonds, and five regions of vanilla bean caviar from Colombia, Taiwan, Mexico, Zanzibar, and the Cook Islands. It is loaded with layers of nutty vanilla delight, riding a rip curl of Forager's rich barrel character.
Tetrachromacy
Barrel-Aged Double Stout 14.3% ABV
750ml Bottle $55+tax
We combined five barrels to create this unique American Double Stout: two large format barrels - one 28-month Buffalo Trace barrel of maple oat milk porter and one 19-month Heaven Hill double stout. We also included three small format 21-month Rock Filter double mash Syzurpa barrels. The resulting liquid carries layers of caramelized honey, ganache, toasted oak, and dark roasted coffee, culminating in that Forager dark chocolate core.
Romp
Barleywine 14.8% ABV
750ml Bottle $55+tax
This unique blend consists of five of our Barleywine recipes, each aged in different barrels. These include a 28-month Eagle Rare barrel, a 26-month Blanton's barrel, a 23-month 14-year George Dickel barrel, a 33-month Rock Filter barrel, and a 27-month Black Hammer Rock Filter barrel. This blend features a double mash Barleywine, mixed grain Barleywine, honey Barleywine, maple Barleywine, and Vienna malt Barleywine, which make up the threads of this English style. Waves of barrel tones, leathery oak, figs, dried dark fruits, cocoa, holiday spices, roasted nuts, and caramel can all be found in this mahogany liquid.
And yes, there will most definitely be a parking lot party the night before so feel free to bring a bottle, your favorite camping chair, and get ready for a good time!
