Join us for the release of Nillerzzzzz 2026.

For five consecutive years, Nillerzzzzz has been recognized as the highest rated beer in Minnesota. While that honor means a great deal to us, what matters most is the community that continues to show up, support us, and share these bottles year after year. Each vintage is crafted with intention, patience, and care. The 2026 expression is no exception.

This year’s release will feature a a total of 6 barrel-aged beers.

The bottle beer release will begin at 11am. Bottle limits TBD. All bottles listed below are 750ml.

Nillerzzzzz B9
American Double Stout w/ Vanilla 15.5% ABV

$60 / 750ml Bottle

For the ninth edition of our award-winning Double Vanilla Stout, we selected a blend of large and small-format barrels aged for 36 months. We then conditioned the blend on premium vanilla caviar sourced from Australia, India, Tonga, Madagascar, and Ecuador.

Malaka
Black Barleywine 14.3% ABV
$60 / 750ml Bottle

Massive yet gentle, this blend features a base of Acerglyn, Braggot, and sweet stout. Created in collaboration with Greece’s 7 Island Brewery, we finished the blend with a touch of pistachio. Brewed, aged, and blended at Forager with Dan Burke.

The Quadrivium
Braggott Stoutwine 14.7% ABV
$60 / 750ml Bottle

A collaboration blend with Chris from Transient Artisan Ales in Bridgman, Michigan. This delight features varying vintages of 15-gallon barrels containing Braggot, Barleywine, Stout, and Porter. Meticulously blended to perfection.

Brewski Treats

Black Wheatwine 14.5% ABV
$60 / 750ml Bottle

A selection of small-format barrels was hand-picked for this collaboration with Brewski in Helsingborg, Sweden. This blend features smoked-corn, barrel-aged Wheatwine and Double Stout, meticulously balanced for a truly unique profile.

 

All Pompana Vanilla Everything
Double Barrel Double Vanilla Double Stout 15% ABV

$65 / 750ml Bottle

In collaboration with our buds at OtherHalf Brewery in Brooklyn NY, we present this double barrel aged stout.  Small format barrels of different stouts were blended into a vanilla barrel.  Aged for a total of 52 months in barrels before resting on 5 regions of Pompana vanilla caviar and skins. ​

Maple Holt
Maple Sap Barleywine 14.8% ABV

$65 / 750ml Bottle

Harvested from a Wisconsin hillside, the sap of sugar maples defines this English-style Barleywine. Meticulously aged for 20 months in 15-gallon Kings County Bourbon barrels from Brooklyn, NY.
